The City of Statesville Recreation and Parks Department offers the following athletic leagues for adults.
Softball- The following leagues are offered in the spring each year. The spring leagues typically runs from April through August.

Abernathy Ballfield
1325 Alexander Street, This parcel is a single purpose area with a lighted softball field, bleachers and restroom/concession building.
Cochran Street Ballfield
1000 Cochran Street, this is a single purpose area with a lighted softball field, bleachers and restroom/concession building.
Albert B. McClure Park & Ballfields
1230 Museum Road. Approximately 14 acres, has three lighted ballfields, bleachers and restrooms along with two picnic shelters with tables and grills.
