Programs offered at Bentley Center:
Hip-Hop Aerobics
Hip-Hop Aerobics is a high energy, fun and exciting aerobics class that uses dance moves to provide a fantastic group workout experience. The class incorporates toning, stretching, and flexibility into an energy filled total body workout using the latest hip-hop music. As of January 1st, 2012, classes will be $10 a month for residents and $15 a month for non residents. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30 pm at Bentley Community Center. The classes are instructed by Antonio McNeil.
After School Enhancement Program
This program provides homework assistance, afternoon snack, recreation and cultural activities for K-5th grade students. Iredell -Statesville Schools will provide transportation from Troutman Elementary School to the Bentley Center. If your child does not attend this school, you will be responsible for the transportation of your child to and from the program. For a printable flier please click here. Family Movie Night
Movie night is offered for families on the fourth Thursday of the month from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. Movies shown will be rated G or PG and will be geared for family entertainment. Light refreshments will be served.
Summer Camp
The City of Statesville Recreation and Parks Department hosts an action packed Summer Camp to youth ages 6-14. Camper's enjoy swimming, movies, field trips, climbing wall, crafts, fitness games, and more activities! Space is limited and subject to availability. Registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis when payment is received.
