*Washing public buildings, sidewalks and
 streets

EXEMPTIONS
*Well Users - sign provided
*Commercial car washes, dealer stock and
 health related vehicles
STAGE 3
Water Shortage
Crisis 
*All Stage 2 restrictions apply
*No outdoor ornamental use
*No filling or refilling of swimming pools
*No use for dust suppression or hydrant
 flushing except to maintain safety,water
 quality and regulatory compliance
STAGE 4
Water Shortage
Emergency

*Prohibits use of water except for public health
 and safety and to sustain life
*Essential water users are asked to monitor
 and conserve water   
*Employers are asked to educate their
