EXTRATERRITORIAL AGREEMENTS: Industries/Businesses located outside the city limits wanting to connect to the city's sanitary sewer system are required to sign an extraterritorial agreement. This means that the user agrees to abide by the city's sewer use ordinance and pretreatment requirements.
