In order to provide the public with an opportunity to address City Council during its regular council meetings, a Public Comment Period is held at the beginning of the second regular Council meeting of each month.

Speakers cannot call ahead to sign-up, but must sign-up 30 minutes prior to the meeting. Click here to review a copy of the guidelines before speaking.
