National Night Out, Statesville’s Night Out Against Crime, will be held on the grounds of the Civic Center and feature:
- DJ & live entertainment
- Emergency & Law Enforcement Vehicles
- Crime Prevention Displays
- Gang Prevention Awareness
- Health & Safety Exhibits
- Kids Identification Kits
- Variety of Food Vendors
- Kids Zone Activities - Inflatables, carnival games & rides
There is no admission charge and it is open to the entire community. Bring a chair or blanket and spend the evening!
National Night Out has been observed for 25 years as a way to bring communities together and make citizens aware of how they can prevent crime and prevent drug use. It is sponsored by the Statesville Police Department, Weed and Seed, Statesville Housing Authority and the Statesville-Iredell Gang Initiative
