DO NOT call 911 to report a power outage.

 

Call 704-878-3479 to report an outage 24 hours a day.

 

Call 704-878-3564 if you have questions about your utility bill.

If you receive electric service from Energy United or Duke Power, please remember to call them.

Being without power is always an inconvenience. Even though the City of Statesville Department of Electric Utilities strives to provide our customers with a safe and reliable electric product, power outages do occur.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, call 704-878-3406.
